Welcome to The Wreckin Haul — Junk Removal, LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). By booking our junk removal services through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

We offer junk removal services for residential and commercial customers. Specific services will be outlined during booking and confirmed prior to service.

2. Booking and Payment

a. Booking

• All bookings must be made through our website, by phone, or via email.
• The customer must provide accurate contact and service information.

b. Payment

• Payment is due at the time of booking or upon completion of service, as agreed.
• We accept major credit cards and other forms of payment processed through secure third-party providers.
• Late or failed payments may result in cancellation of services.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

a. Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee.

b. Rescheduling

• Rescheduling is allowed without penalty if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide safe access to the property and items to be removed.
• Ensure all items for removal are clearly identified before service begins.
• Confirm that items are eligible for removal (see Section 5 below).

5. Items We Cannot Remove

We do not remove hazardous materials, including but not limited to:

• Chemicals or toxic waste
• Asbestos
• Explosives or firearms
• Medical or biological waste
  Please contact us if you are unsure whether an item is eligible for removal.

6. Pricing and Estimates

• All estimates provided are based on the volume and type of items being removed.
• Final pricing will be confirmed upon inspection of the items on-site.
• Additional fees may apply for items requiring special handling or disposal.

7. Liability

a. Damages

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to property or items being removed.
• We will take reasonable care during the service but are not liable for damages caused by unavoidable circumstances (e.g., structural issues).

b. Item Ownership

• By scheduling junk removal, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of the items or have permission to dispose of them.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds for canceled services will be processed within 7 business days if eligible. No refunds will be issued for completed services.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Service Limitations

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse service if the site is unsafe or inaccessible.
• Decline removal of prohibited items.
• Reschedule or cancel services due to weather, emergencies, or other uncontrollable factors.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of California, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws.

12. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
